Account Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

My client is the leading specialist outplacement and career transition provider in the UK. With an innovative and award-winning approach, they bring a refreshing alternative to an industry which has remained largely unchallenged for many years.

Due to the continued growth of their client base, they’re looking to expand their Commercial Team with the addition of an Account Manager. The move is in response to a further increase in the number of organisations now turning to the company to deliver a better kind of outplacement and career transition support to their employees.

The focus of the role will be to provide the organisation’s existing clients with an exceptional level of support through periods of restructure, helping them to find the right outplacement solutions for their employees. Candidate will be tasked with strengthening and building these relationships, identifying new stakeholders, or finding opportunities to support those clients with additional services for their employees beyond outplacement, such as resilience training or pre-retirement planning. Ultimate aims with these clients will be to achieve strong retention rates, increase revenue, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal recruit will already be working in a commercially focussed Account Management role with a proven track record of managing and developing strong working relationships with HR professionals. They are also likely to have experience in one or more of the following service areas: outplacement, resilience, career development, coaching, leadership development, assessment, recruitment, HR outsourcing or HR technology.
