Location: Covering sites across Luton, Oxford & Uxbridge- Ideal candidate in High Wycombe

Salary: £45,840per annum (inclusive of call out / standby – £2,187 per year)

Benefits: Company Van, pension, health plan, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), overtime available.

Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

On call / standby: 1 week in every 4

We are advertising this Regional Maintenance Electrician role on behalf of our client ‘City Facilities Management’. City were established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world’s largest privately held, integrated FM companies.

Job Description –

As a result of continued growth, we are now looking to recruit an electrically qualified Regional Maintenance Electrician to provide building / electrical maintenance services for multi-sites across Oxford/ Luton/ Uxbridge. There will be Fabric aspects within this role.

The role will be:

• To maintain and repair a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment within retail outlets for a key national customer in a cost effective and efficient way.
• To comply with company health and safety policies and procedures.
• To undertake regular planned store visits, completing PPM tasks and minor repairs as requested by the customer.

Work will include multi-skill elements including basic plumbing, joinery and building repairs as well as core electrical tasks.

Qualifications required –

• You must be a fully qualified electrician with City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 or City & Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3 and NVQ Level 3
• General Maintenance Experience.
• You must have an 18th edition certificate
• You must have a valid UK driving licence
• This role also includes a call out rota of 1 in every 4 weeks covering evenings and weekends.
