Salary: £21.98 per hour

Mobile Electrician – West London, Social Housing Contract

My client is a well established leading domestic maintenance service provider with a solid history of operating across Central London. Due growth within their existing contract portfolio, they are seeking a Mobile Electrician undertake a electrical repairs and installations across their West London Social Housing Contract.

Duties Include:

* Carrying out responsive, reactive and emergency electrical repairs

* EICR Inspections and Reporting via Electronic devices.

* Carry out Domestic & Commercial Electrical Installations

* Fault Diagnostics and Repairs.

* Electrical Testing and Inspections & Thermal Image Surveying

* Working and assisting on small project and installation works

* To ensure that all aspects of electrical works including test and inspections compliance checks are carried out.

* Assist with emergency call out as part of a rota

Salary & Package:

* £21.98 Per Hour – PAYE

* Monday to Friday, 8 till 5

* Expensed Van, Mobile Phone, Uniform, Pension, Life Insurance, High Street Discounts, 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day every 2 years’ service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory day

Requirements:

* City and Guilds Level 3 2330/OR NVQ Level 3

* City and guilds 2394 or equivalent – Initial verification and certification

* City and Guilds 2395 or equivalent – Periodic inspection and testing

* Full UK Driving licence

* 18th Edition qualified
