Salary: £26,000 per year
Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our national client in the recruitment of a Customer service Advisor to join the team on an initial temporary basis with a potential to lead to a permanent role.
Our client is looking to fill 2 roles, one of which is a full time position working Monday to Friday with the other position being a part time role with some flexibility.
As a customer advisor you will be responsible for the receipt of customer orders and accurately inputting these orders into the system while ensuring all customer SLA’s are met through developing and implementing service excellence.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering customer queries, investigating queries and escalating where necessary.
You will also be responsible for liaising with internal departments where necessary to gather further information and fact finding for the customer.
