Customer Service Executive

Our client is currently recruiting a personable and organised individual to join their small but successful team. 

The role will encompass many facets as is associated with a small business but will focus on the management of all customer enquiries from the start to the finish. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of Customer Service levels that are regarded as industry leading.

• Taking full ownership of client requirements
• Instigating, co-coordinating and finalising successful service delivery
• Providing updates via telephone and/to customers throughout the process
• Accurate updating of systems in a timely manner
• Resolving customer issues as they arise
• Escalating when required any issues or concerns to the relevant department
• Be able to follow extensive processes
• Good telephone manner
• Competent IT skills
• Customer service driven

This is a permanent role in Daventry.

Standard working hours are – Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm (our client can offer flexibility on start and finish times for the right candidate so please still apply if you would like to be considered on different working hours)
