Epr (Electronic Patient Record) Trainers

EPR (Electronic Patient Record) Trainers x 4 are required by our leading Healthcare client who are deploying a new EPR system (IMS Maxims) UK wide. The EPR Trainers will be deployed to deliver training to sites in the UK that are regionalised to where they live. It would be ideal if candidates have a training background, however, it is more essential that candidates wishing to apply have experience on working on EPR or PAS (Patient Administration System) rollouts. For candidates who had this experience but do not come from a specific training background, our client is willing to train the Trainer.

The post holder will be expected to provide (up to) advanced training on the hospital’s selected new EPR system (IMS Maxims) to all levels of staff required for service delivery. This will involve various methods of training delivery and blended learning which will include E-learning. As such, the EPR Trainer will be given training on the use of the E-learning software application and be required to help produce required training documentation where necessary.

The EPR Trainer will provide onsite support to end users on Wards and in departments. As the delivery will be blended, there will be a requirement to deliver training by means of;

– 1-2-1
– Classroom
– Floor-walking
– Coaching
– Telephone

Location: Various sites across the UK but regionalised to where the candidate resides
