Salary: £26,000 per year
Our Clients is a well-known car dealership based in Guildford. The role of the Trainee is to deliver the brand experience through the sales process for new and used cars by the achievement of monthly individual and team targets whilst utilising the company’s sales process to ensure maximum profitability.
The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills by providing all customers with quality and excellence and to consistently exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Responsibilities include:
* Adopt a flexible, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving the financial goals of the business.
* Contribute to maintaining a high level of housekeeping and attention to health and safety issues as to create a healthy and safe working environment.
* Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company.
* Capable of conversing with others pleasantly, clearly and effectively.
* Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to fully and accurately qualify customer needs.
* Demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm at all times to engage in training and personal development.
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities using proactive methods.
Requirements:
* IT literacy – awareness of the importance of complete and accurate data is essential
* Full valid UK Driving licence
* Confident
* Focussed and driven
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask
* Able to drive a car
Basic Trainee pay around the £26,000 per year. 5 Days a week between Monday to Saturday, 45 hours per week.
