Responsive Repair Manager – home based around South East – (Croydon, Wandsworth and Sutton regions) – Salary circa £31,200 – £34,800 + car/ car allowance (£371 per month)

A Responsive Repair Manager is required by our not-for-profit client who provide housing and care for older people. They provide housing and care services to almost 40,000 people at 1,000 locations across England.

The Responsive Repair Manager (RRM) is responsible for leading regional contractor delivery teams ensuring repairs are completed in the most efficient way.

Required knowledge & experience:-
Qualified to a minimum of ONC level in Building, electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Working knowledge of current building policies and practices including Health & Safety at Work Act, Building Regulations, Party Wall Act, Workplace Regulations, CDM and British and European Standards
Knowledge of IT packages/applications
Background in Building, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with prior experience of repair delivery
Awareness of CDM process.
Previous experience in managing the delivery of responsive repairs, regional service contracts, void and aids & adaptations programmes.
Prior Repair management and defect diagnosis
