Part Time Oha Required in Leicestershire (Home Based)

We are currently recruiting for a Home based Occupational Health Advisor. THe role is three days a week, based from home but with travel into the office in Hinckley when required (probably one or two days a week.

We are seeking to recruit a 0.6 FTE Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join a team supporting a large utilities company. The post is home based with travel to a national organisation’s site at Hinckley. This will be 1-2 days per week depending on need.

The role is predominantly case management, incorporating both face to face and telephone consultations; there is also some input into pre placement screening.

At present there is a team of 8 peripatetic OHWAS led by a Senior OHWA, who are very supportive; there are six weekly team meetings in Redditch. The client is very engaged, forward thinking and has a passion for the health of their workforce with wellbeing being high on the agenda.

Previous utility sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.

The salary is £44,400pro rata.
