We are urgently looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager with residential experience to join one of the longest-established mechanical and electrical building services contractors in the UK.

Offering a clear path to Directorship within the business, the Senior Electrical Project Manager will be joining a well-respected business with a strong reputation for outstanding service across the residential sector, underpinned by core values revolving around partnership, passion and quality.

Senior Electrical Project Manager – key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the lifecycle of the projects
• Direction of the full project team
• Overall responsibility for both the progress and quality of work
• Lead negotiations on final accounts
• Responsible for sub-contractor negotiations
• Overall responsibility for health and safety on site
• Ultimate responsibility for ensuring clients’ needs are being met and maintaining relationships
• Hold and chair internal review meetings

Senior Electrical Project Manager – qualifications and experience:

• Comprehensive experience in an Electrical Project Manager capacity
• Commercially aware
• Ability to confidently negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Continually look for avenues to improve project margin
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• IT Skills
• SMSTS Certificate ideally
