Fantastic opportunity for a strong Change Manager to join a leading Global Company. This position will lead the development, implementation, and measurement of Agency Review change management strategy and provide strategic, functional and tactical support.

The Change Manager will join the Global Marketing team to facilitate and lead the development implementation and measurement strategy in order to build organisation-wide learning and teamwork to drive value, achieve brand gross and drive efficiency through implementation of an integrated team.

The Change manager will be collaborating with the Core Team to ensure full alignment of regional and global strategies and a consolidated approach to the management of the categories.

The Change Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

– Overall accountability for project management of change
– Accountable for project sponsors maintaining close alignment with culture within CH
– Involved in analysing, designing, and implementing key components of change initiative
– Set up and lead Change Champion community to successful completion of key deliverables within appropriate timelines
– Owns coordination & execution of change management plan ensuring organisation wide communications – in collaboration with Communications department
– Assist with execution of organisation, team-wide, and leadership forums to embed culture change
– Develop One Year change road map, for implementation in 2016
– Accountable for securing necessary resources
– Must possess demonstrated proficiency in enabling and driving change and applying continuous improvement concepts to obtain positive performance improvement results.
– Strong communication, presentation, organisational, negotiation and leadership skills.
– Ability to facilitate communications between diverse groups and effectively influence and present advisory consultation.

Job-Related Experience
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required – Relevant experience in Change Management.
– English proficiency (written and oral), other language will be a plus
– Leadership/communication skills
