Origin Multilingual is proud to announce we are Recruiting for an Account Manager(s) to join an established SaaS business based Berkshire.

Duties:

As the Manager your objective will be to develop your client base across the allocated regions, building strong relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Identify growth opportunities
• Account Management
• Take part in conference calls, product demo’s, client meetings to drive our solutions capabilities and benefits to the customer
• Providing an After Sales service to your clients to ensure a smooth process is met and also to forecast their needs throughout the year.
• Keeping the CRM system up to date and accurate

Personal Specification:

The Account Manager position will have the following competences:

• Must be able to communicate in English fluently to a Business Level.
• German, French or Spanish is highly desirable but not essential
• Proven Relationship Management experience is essential in a business to business capacity
• Must enjoy working as a team
• Real go getter attitude
• Self motivated
• Prepared to work in a fast paced environment
• A quick learner
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as active listening skills
• A motivated and positive outlook is a must!
