We are currently recruiting talented Care Assessor/ Field care supervisor who share our vision and values. Please note this role is delivered both in the community within the clients’ homes and in the office to carry-out paperwork. It will involve driving or commuting to various locations in Waltham Forest and Redbridge.
Job Description:
The successful Care Assessor will be expected to manage a list of service-users by undertaking client assessments, weekly/monthly reviews, and writing care plans.
The position is flexible in nature, with the candidate able to organize his/her own diary according to demand, the operational needs of the business and the number of care plans/assessments requiring yearly review each month.
The alternate weekend element of the position can be undertaken from home and involves the candidate manning the phone over the weekend and actioning emergencies. (Weekend element depends on rota e.g. once in a month)
What are we looking for?
* The ideal Care Assessor will have previous experience in carrying-out the assessments and reviews.
* The Care Assessor will have experience in a domiciliary care setting.
* NVQ 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
* This role requires excellent communication both over the telephone and face to face.
* The Care Assessor must hold a full driving licence.
