Job Description
General tasks, independent on service and profile level:
* Coaching on processes, procedures, or technical matters.
* Writing/drafting Operation manuals, processes, procedures and templates in the context of a Service Design.
* Design, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation.
* Performing Quality control.
* Standardisation and maintain consistency of deliverables
Key Skills & Experience
* ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
* Fluency in English AND French languages
* Training Skills & Experience
* Ability to create, assimilate and convey technical material that is accurate and complete in a clear, concise and effective manner
* Good understanding of process frameworks and architecture
* Training or knowledge of tools such as Information Mapping
