Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced environmental engineer to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy and work from the offices based near Reigate. My award winning client is currently supporting a variety of national frameworks and now require additional technical support for contaminated land assessments.
Suitable applicants will have a solid academic background preferably with an MSc in geoscience, environmental science, contaminated land or a relevant field. From a technical perspective, candidates should be able to demonstrate experience producing phase 1 desk studies, producing DQRA’s, due diligence reports, site investigation design and management. Working knowledge of risk assessment tolls such as P20 and Consim would be an advantage.
Typically, the successful candidate would work alongside an associate director managing client relationships and project delivery. You will work mentor junior staff and provide technical support for contaminated land risk assessments, phased site investigations and remediation appraisals.
