This is a ‘temp to perm’ post for a well established company in Telford. Starting ASAP the role requires someone with very good customer service skills, used to liaising with people at all levels and good levels of Microsoft Excel. Some of your duties will include coordinating client orders, maintaining and updating the internal database, arranging travel & accommodation, handling complaints and producing reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Previous customer service experience within an office environment is essential, as is IT literacy, especially Ms Excel. You will be well organised and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Location is easily accessible on public transport and there is also alternatively free parking available.
