POSITION: CALL CENTRE ADVISORS – NO SALES

LOCATION: MILTON KEYNES (accessible via public transport)

Salary: £26,000per year (overtime incentives available)

SHIFTS:

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, Rotational Saturdays

Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm, Rotational Saturdays

Monday – Friday 12pm – 8pm, Rotational Saturdays

Customer Service Advisor Gi Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a real leader in the contact centre arena. Due to growth we are looking to recruit a number of customer service advisors to work on designated campaigns. This is a fabulous opportunity to represent and manage the customer experience for some of the UK’s most known and respected brands.

This is a TEMPORARY to PERMANENT position with amazing career progression and full training provided. The company also offer an additional supported “LIVE” learning programme to ensure that you reach your potential within the company.

This is a FULL TIME position and you must be flexible to work between the hours of 7am to 11pm, 7 days per week.

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor Position:

Answering inbound calls
Handling customer issues and resolving them in a professional manner
Responding efficiently to customer enquiries

Good communication skills both written and verbal
Basic Maths
Professional and positive attitude
Target driven, with experience in a target driven customer service environment
