Location: Harborne, B17

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 0900-1700 and Friday 0900-1500

HancoxRead Recruitment is looking to add on to our team with a position of a Resourcer.

We will time in you with our in-depth training programme into your development to become a qualified Resourcer and part of our family.

What we are looking for…

* A person that likes to talk on the phone and build relationships with Candidates

* A person that is good with Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook

* A person that is organised to ensure a smooth workflow for both the Candidate and Client process

Day to Day Duties

* Register Candidates this includes using our bespoke digital rights to work check software

* Reference checking and chasing up references where needed

* Ensuring the candidate is fully compliant to HancoxRead Recruitment’s high standards

* Speaking with Candidates about new vacancies that come in daily

* Sending out fully registered Candidates to our customers to secure interview slots

* Ensuring the candidate is given the full details of the role before submission

* Ensuring the candidate has been emailed the full interview details

* Checking the candidate is prepared for the interview and help with any questions they may have

* Managing your own candidate database on our bespoke CRM system

* Job advert writing and posting across our job boards
