A passionate and hardworking individual capable of show casing your unrivalled customer service skills on board their trains to ensure their passengers receive the very best experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

The company are committed to provide a safer and more efficient service as well as enhancing the customer experience by introducing On-Board Supervisors to assist all passengers throughout their journeys. Day to day you will create a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment making regular announcements, communicating any disruptions to service, assisting with connecting journey information, identifying and reporting any repairs on board the trains, as well as liaising with station staff to orgnanise further assistance as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

This role will suit you if you have a passion for people and excellent customer service. If the need arises you will need to be able to handle and diffuse any passenger frustration with a cool head and a smile on your face. In addition, you will need to be flexible as the role will mean you work shifts including earlies, lates and some occasional nights. This is a rewarding and very vital role within the business, so only apply if you are prepared (and capable!) of giving outstanding service.

THE REQUIREMENTS

You’re the Customer Service Supervisor I am looking for if you have a proven track record of delivering a world class, face to face service to customers. You will be well presented with excellent communication skills, able to pass an online numeracy test as well as a Medical.

THE SALARY

£24,000 rising to £32, 638 after 6 months + £458 + Free Travel + Holidays
