Salary: £26,000 per year

Role: Project Administrator/Coordinator (Regeneration and Development Team)
Location: Barnstaple
Duration: Temporary Role until Christmas (Permanent opportunity for the right candidate)
Salary: £26,000per year pro rata (negotiable)

We are working with our client to help find them a Project Coordinator on a temporary basis to work in their Regeneration and Development Team.

The Job Role of Project Administrator/Coordinator (Regeneration and Development Team)

To take a lead role in the supervision and coordination of the disposal of market sales properties, to include shared ownership, Right to Buy and strategic disposals
To support commercial activities
Administration of leasehold, shared ownership and commercial assets: and administration of PV units.
Responsible for managing handover paperwork of new stock
Support for the Development and Regeneration Team
Responsible for ensuring that the appropriate level of support is provided during the legal process in the disposal of approved property to include, solicitors, estate agents, purchasers and internal teams. Ensuring that information is up to date and accurate, keeping all involved informed of scheme progress.
Support the management and administration of leasehold and commercial assets including the generation of annual leasehold statements, permissions requests, Lease extensions, completion of Landlord resale enquiries (LPE1), administration and advertising of commercial voids and Section 20 compliance notices
To assist and support in the administration of Annual Licence Agreements, to include mail merges, debt management and invoice preparation

The Person Project Administrator/Coordinator (Regeneration and Development Team)

Previous experience working in an office environment supporting the delivery of major projects ensuring that proper procedures and correct records are kept to support the functioning of the team
Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) software.
Good working knowledge of audit processes.
Good working knowledge of land and investment issues surrounding the business of the company.
Good word processing skills including the ability to perform mail merges.
Experience working with filing systems.
Methodical and well organised approach to work, with attention to detail.
Confidentiality.
Ability to collate, prepare and present information in a clear and logical format.
Ability to meet deadlines and ability to work on own initiative.
Reasonable knowledge of property and contract legislation.

The Salary for the Project Administrator/Coordinator – Regeneration and Development
£21k Pro Rata (negotiable)

The Hours for the Project Administrator/Coordinator – Regeneration and Development
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
