Air Conditioning Project Manager

Salary: £600,000 per year

This is an excellent opportunity for an Air Conditioning Project Manager to join a highly respected contractor based in the Croydon area who provide Air Conditioning and Mechanical services across multiple sectors from design through to installation and commissioning, with contract values ranging from £500k up to £6m.
Key skills and experience required….
* Experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager / HVAC Project Manager working within the Air Conditioning and / or Mechanical Building Services sector is essential
* Proven track record of managing projects ranging from £500k up to £5m
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong Administrational and Management skills
* Ensure Projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Relevant Qualifications and Certificates
* Good level of IT skills
Annual Salary and Benefits
* Base salary: £600,000(inclusive of Car Allowance)
