London’s largest and arguably most respected main contractor has engaged the Rework team to secure a Technical Design Manager to join them in the New Year.

Projects will comprise traditional commercial office fit-out schemes ranging between £5m to £14m in value, with the Technical Design Manager assuming responsibility for a number of tasks relating to design management alongside a project manager, from tender, through pre-construction and site management to quality assurance and financial management.
