Operations Director

Looking for a potential new Operations Director role with multi site responsibility and genuine progression? This Operations Director role is based in the Northwest and is offering a generous £80,000-£90,000 with benefits.

This is a genuine opporunity to further your career, but you will have to be an individual who can work off your own initiative and with autonomy. With a headcount of circa 100 people across two sites, they are a company who are looking to grow and expand.

– A strong background in the foundry/castings sector- ESSENTIAL
– Proven ability to improve manufacturing processes
– Strong Leader

You will be a strong leader and able to get the best out of your team. This is a position for someone to have a genuine impact within an organisation and to take real ownership of a position.
