Early Years Teacher – Barnet
An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher to join a progressive and growing nursery group. This would be an ideal role for a qualified teacher who is wishing to work in early years
The successful EarlyYears Teacher will join the recently opened setting which offers a unique style learning programme and exceptional care in a nursery built to the highest specification
As the Early Years Teacher your role will be to manage the learning room, ensuring that all daily routines are adhered to and that all the children’s developmental needs are met and assessments completed. The Early Years Teacher will be supported by and be responsible for inspiring, leading and managing a team of up to six staff.
Competitive annual salary up to £38,040per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.
About you –
* Hold a QT, EYITT, EYT equivalent OR relevant early years qualification, minimum of a Level 6
* Clear and Enhanced DBS check
* Thorough understanding and knowledge of early years legislation
* Experience and confident in leading a team
* Experience of using Development Matters to plan and assess a key group of children
* An understanding of synthetic phonics and early reading
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
