Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per year

IN2 Consult was founded just over 3 years ago and is fast becoming a leader within the financial and accounting recruitment industry within Thames Valley and London. We are now looking to hire a number of recruitment professionals to join our team and help our business grow.

We are ideally looking for proven sales/recruitment professionals who have a track record of delivering and can show the value of the work you have done in the past.

What will you be doing?

Identifying and developing new business relationships
Consulting clients on recruitment process and responding to needs
Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within your sector
Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer
management and negotiation
Networking to build business information
What you will need?

6 months+ sales or recruitment experience (B2B, B2C, Recruitment, Cold-Calling)
Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success
Competitive
Confident within a target driven environment
Passionate about progression
Strong academic background
Proven track record of success
Excellent Communication skills
