Salary: £21 – £22.2 per hour
Residential Groundworks Site Manager, Sittingbourne
Residential Groundworks Site Manager required to take ownership of a groundworks subcontract package at our Project in Sittingbourne, Kent.
You will have worked as a Manager or Engineer with other leading groundworks subcontractors and will have a proven track record in delivering various groundworks packages from initial set up through to full completion on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS
* FIRST AID
Skills/Experience:
* Proven track record as a Groundworks Site Manager or Engineer.
* Able to demonstrate good organisation skills in both site activities and administration duties.
* Good awareness and knowledge in Health and Safety, Quality and Project Delivery standards and techniques
* An excellent communicator
* Proven Site Management experience working for a Groundworks sub contractor
* Be an excellent problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
