Page Personnel are supporting a leading organisation in the security sector with the appointment of an exciting and challenging HR Advisor vacancy based in Rugby.
This role will be 100% office based in a covid-secure environment.
Description
Reporting to a HR Business Partner and working alongside a small team, this generalist role will involve:
Providing professional HR advise to stakeholders
Taking responsibility for a range of complex employee relations casework
Supporting with recruitment for a busy team
Dealing with vetting and on-boarding procedures
Providing guidance and HR polices and procedures
Providing strategic and commercial support with stakeholdersProfile
