We are working with an education provider in the Gloucestershire area who are looking for a Welding Assessor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

The successful candidate would be based at their main centre in Lancashire and would be tasking with assessing Welding apprentices on their MIG/TIG/MMA Welding skills. They use the E-Portfolio system, and 80% of the role would invove assessing in the workshop, and the other 20% would be assessment of their theory knowledge.

The starting salary for this position is between £32,400 and £30,000 per annum, which would also include a contributory pension, and 27 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays), with an extra day of holiday for each year served.

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A Welding qualification
-An assessor award OR some experience of assessing
