Customer Service French

My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has fluent French written & spoken skills to join their busy, growing team. You will be enthusiastic, well organised, have excellent communication skills & strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, Internet & E-mail. You will be dealing with a variety of daily customer queries including delivery, order & product issues ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely, professional manner. You will demonstrate exceptional standards of customer service to both French & English customers & provide administration support as required.
