I am working with a busy and expanding domiciliary care agency who need a reliable and conscientious individual to join their team to create and maintain the working schedules of Carers.

Duties will include:

* Creating and maintaining the rotas for Domiciliary Care Workers

* Making sure that all Carers and clients are aware of their working schedules

* Ensuring maximum efficiency in the delivery of high-quality services

* Liaising with Carers, Clients, the office team and healthcare professionals on a daily basis

* Keeping records up to date on the IT system.

* Providing a quality service to clients.

For this post you will ideally have:

* Experience in scheduling upwards of 800 hours of care in a manner that takes into account all relevant client needs and staff competencies

* Experience with Care Planner, Rota Cloud or similar software

* A high level of attention to detail in entering and maintaining data

* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Solid basic IT skills

* The ability to work well with others and independently as required

* Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
