Site Manager – Social Housing Major Works

Resourcing Group are currently recruiting for experience Site Managers in North West London. The contract is for a Major Repairs Project. The role will be varied and will require you to manage a number of jobs at any one time.

Essential
*Social Housing Experience
*Strong Knowledge of roofing
*External works experience
*Costing jobs from start to finish
*SMSTS
*First Aid
*Driving License

The role will require you to manage a number of jobs that are worth �25k plus. The jobs will vary and will require you to cost them from start to finish. You must have a strong technical knowledge of external works.

The office is based in the NW postcode area, Pay rate �21 – �22 per hour.
