Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Sales Negotiator needed to join a vibrant Sales team in Fulham at one of London’s most well-established letting and sales agents, specialising in property sales in prime high-end locations of London.
* This company has multiple offices throughout London and across Asia; they work with prime London properties, major developers and possess an enviably large and extensive base of HNW and UHNW clientele.
To apply for this position, you must have:
* A minimum of 1 year of recent residential property sales experience with an estate agency or real estate company in the U.K.
* Experience in property sales anywhere in London is ideal but not essential
* Must have a clean driving license and ideally your own car (or be willing to get one within 3-months)
Salary, Commissions & Benefits:
* Full Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year(with £3k car allowance)
* Salary: £26,000 – £30,000per year- depending on experience and qualifications
* Guaranteed Salary for 3-6 months: The amount TBD at the offer stage
* Commission: 10% on all deals +
* OTE: £35,000 – £50,000
* Car Allowance: £26,000 – £30,000 per year / £26,000 – £30,000 per year
* Must have your own car, or be prepared to get one within 3 months and hold a valid driving licence
* Company phone will be provided
Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm,
* Every other Saturday: 9:30am – 1pm (2 times per month)
Duties of this role will include:
* Arranging and attending viewings
* Negotiating on all sales
* Managing own diary
* Registering applicants
* Matching properties to buyers’ needs
* Negotiating and closing deals
* Liaising with vendors, and prospective buyers
* Generating business sales instruction leads; maximising all opportunities
* Booking valuations (conducting them if needed).
To be considered for this position, you will have the following qualities:
* Experience of 1yr as a residential sales negotiator
* Have a successful track record
* Must be customer-focused
* Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence essential
