Airport Agent – Prm Agent

Working on our own airside passes our Airport Agents provide a service to our clients’ that is unique within the aviation industry.
2014 looks to be a very big year for One Resourcing Ltd, with more clients than ever our Airport Agents will be a fundamental part of a passengers’ airport experience.

We currently have a number of vacancies for the role of PRM Agent.

This will be a temporary role initially working until the end of December 2014. Working as a member of the Airport Services Team, you will be responsible for the transfer of passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) or those needing assistance or unaccompanied minors and young persons from the aircraft to the terminal building or from the terminal building to the aircraft.

Previous customer service experience is desired although not essential as training will be provided.

You will be self-motivated and reliable with a conscientious approach to the Safety and Security aspects of your role.

Focused on achieving the tasks in-hand you will support Team goals.

Flexible approach to work and able to work efficiently and thoroughly with minimal supervision.

Able to cope with a pressured environment.

Excellent time keeping and high standards of personal grooming

Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
Must be able to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines

You will utilise company equipment to fulfil this role. Full training will be given.

All candidates would need to provide a full five year reference history, a UK Criminal Record Check, Overseas Criminal Record Check where applicable and will also need to undertake General Security Awareness Training before starting work.
