Production Operative – Shifts

The Job

Basic assembly of engineered components, handling some considerably small parts, either sitting or standing at a work station.

Identifying defects and reporting to relevant staff members.

Working a 3 shift rotation pattern; Days 06:00 – 14.00, Afternoons 14:00 – 22:00, Nights 22:00 – 06:00

Some overtime is available.

The job is initially temporary and full time with a rate of Salary: £26,000per year, however after 12 weeks the rate increases.

The Person

Ideally you will have some production/manufacturing environment experience although this is not essential.

Possess a good eye for detail and constantly strive for quality and accuracy.
Be able to work a 3 shift pattern.

Be an effective communicator and able to work with people at all levels of ability and from different cultures and backgrounds.

Possess the ability to work well as part of a team or alone.

You must have Safety Footwear.
