Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year
Our client is looking for a Retail Sales Manager to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
To deal with Retail Customers email/ phone enquiries to enable the business to provide their trade customers with better qualified leads, improve the lead conversion and ultimately win more business.
The retail customer as the end user and ultimate driver of demand for their products is key to the brand and vital to the parks we deal with.
Primary role:
To take full responsibility for management and ultimate conversion of the retail leads receive from the website, shows, and phone enquiries. Qualify these leads and ensure they are passed onto our partner parks or used to assist the Area Sales Managers (ASM’s) in gaining new business; as well as responsibility for the up keep and presentation of our Brandon Showground.
Duties include:
Management of retail leads and enquiries
Open up the showground and check all homes every morning
Manage the show homes for sale
Maintain and update the show homes for sale section on both websites
Handle all retail enquiries effectively, arrange to send brochure packs, answer customer questions, qualify then into leads and handover to ASM’s, Parks, Sales Admin or close out yourself as appropriate.
Log all enquiries and use a diary call back service
Book in specification appointments, for ASM’s, Sales Correspondents along with yourself detailing the specification with the customer
Update spec rooms with up-to-date materials, ensure they are kept clean and ready to use.
Weekend attendance at shows (as required)
Escorting visitors/customers to the showground
Experience
Ideally the candidate will be from a retail background dealing with customers in a property/park/ park homes/ Estate agent environment. Have a good phone manner, warm approach and be familiar with Excel/ database management.
