Salary: £36,000 per year
Zest Medical Recruitment is working in partnership with an industry leader in the manufacturer of ophthalmic practice software and diagnostic optical equipment who are currently recruiting an IT Support Analyst to provide technical and software support to their practice management system.
This role is based in Newbury and will provide remote support on implementation and networking issues of the bespoke Practice Management system. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to independent optical practices who are running the companies practice management system.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT support technician with generic skills in network and PC support with additional experience and knowledge of databases including, SQL, Access and Oracle.
This role will initially offer a temporary six months contract with a view to being made permanent subject to continued growth of the companies practice management system.
The salary for the successful candidate will be up to £36,000.
