KM Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider who are looking to appoint a Trainee or Qualified Fashion Retail / Business Administration Assessor to manage a caseload of learners in and around the Sussex and Hampshire area.

Duties:

– Assess and support learners through full Apprenticeship frameworks in Retail and Business Administration to Levels 2 and 3 – Tech Cert, ERR & PLTS.
– Deliver training and support in Functional Skills (Maths / English / ICT) to Level 2
– Managing a caseload of 50 learners, the successful candidate will plan and coordinate their own diary to ensure learners are being visited in a timely fashion.
– Visiting/observing learners in their place of work to gather evidence towards their Retail and Business Administration Apprenticeship/QCF qualifications to levels 2 and 3.
– Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
– Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
– Support, advise and motivate learners.
– Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner`s needs.
– Meet Assessor KPI`s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Essential Criteria:

– Occupational competence / hands on experience within Clothing / Fashion Retail to a supervisory or management level
– Driver who is happy to travel
– Confident with Maths, English and ICT – (grades C or above – or Key/Functional Skills at level 2)
– Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
– Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
– Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.
