About the role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our team of desk based new business managers in Leeds. The role will motivate and inspire the team to achieve their revenue, cost and business targets, and is responsible for the developing and coaching required. More widely they will aid the team with ensuring that all retention and growth opportunities are identified, prioritised and converted, and work with them to deploy plans.
About You:
With a track record of success in a telesales role, you will also have experience of managing a team, and will enjoy coaching and motivating a team in order to meet targets. You’ll be used to working to specific KPI’s and overseeing that these are met, specifically in relation to opportunity pipelines, conversion rates and effective call rates. You’ll also have effective sales planning experience, and be able to analyse and understand performance metrics and use these to implement changes and improvements.
Salary & Benefits: Starting at £36,433.2 plus a bonus of up to 37.5%
