Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager – Residential Development

Our client is a leading developer working on a prestigious high spec residential units throughout London.
The Role
As the Project Manager you will be expected to;
* Have a good understanding of the full residential build process
*Ensure each project is completed on time, within a set budget
*Ensure all health & safety procedures are in place
*Report to Contracts Manager

Our client requires;
*Previous experience managing the construction of high end residential developments
*An observant and analytical personality
*The drive & determination to push projects through
*A carpentry background is preferred but not essential
