Salary: £27,000 – £27,600 per year

Job Description

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to progress and make a difference to the lives of the clients. 

As an Assistant Care Manager, you will already have experience of working in a Health Care setting, you will be dedicated to helping people live well at home and you will possess strong organisational skills, an eye for great detail and understand the need for diligence and a calm approach in this highly regulated and challenging environment. You will possess a positive mindset, radiate energy and be resilient under pressure. 

The ideal candidate will already have experience of writing & assessing care plans with the ability to develop positive outcomes for clients, you will provide advice and support to families to ensure the best possible package of care is recommended, provided, and monitored on a regular basis. You will be familiar with medication policies, safeguarding & the mental capacity Act 2005. 

You will provide continuous support to their excellent Team of Care Professionals and work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure you maintain and exceed their own very high standards.

Qualifications

You will already be in possession of Health and Social Care related qualifications with a strong desire to build on your existing experience. 

Additional Information

The shift pattern for this role is six days on and three days off. Your standard hours of work will be between 8.30am – 5pm daily. Due to the nature of the service it may be necessary to amend your hours of work to meet the needs of the clients at short notice.

**Additional exciting packages**

• After successful completion of induction and can demonstrate contribution to the success of the business, they offer a non-contractual performance related bonus scheme of up to 10% of annual salary
