An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client, a leading international commercial property firm for a Building Surveyor & Senior Surveyor. Clients include high profile owners, investors and occupiers of property.

This is a client facing role, mostly within the transactional commercial sector, so you must

• have an ability to work on under your own initiative
• be comfortable with presenting strategic technical advice to all relevant stakeholders
• be commercially aware and have an enthusiasm to build your personal sector, fee income and client base

You will be able to demonstrate a sound track record in building surveying and be capable of making an active contribution to the growth of the London team. Good inter-personal skills and report writing capabilities are essential.
