Role Description
Acting as a Spanish Speaking Market Research Interviewer, you will be working on a wide variety of business to business market research projects across various markets, on Behalf of European leading companies in the Spanish market. Your main focus and responsibility would be to contact business prospects and conduct market research telephone interviews. This will be achieved by using the CATI system in order to complete quantitative market research interviews.
Person Specification
The candidate who is successful for the Spanish Speaking Market Research Interviewer, will be able to speak Spanish up to a Native level and have previous Business to Business B2B market research experience. You will also be required to have previous translation skills Spanish -English. The successful Candidate will also have good I.T skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quick keyboard skills. You will also have previous experience of working in a call centre environment in telesales, telemarketing or customer support.
