Bakery Shop Supervisor – Euphorium Bakery. Competitive Salary: £26,000per year. Based in Finchley.

Working for The Bakery Project, as a Bakery Shop Supervisor, will mean that you have full responsibility for the success and growth for our fast-paced and unique offering. By leading Team Members, you will offer an exceptional service that our loyal customers have grown used to and our new customers would expect.

Key responsibilities of the Bakery Shop Supervisor include:

– Contribute towards positive KPIs across the Bakery Shop to include sales, waste and service and have an input into the plans to address any issues. Assisting the Bakery Shop Manager with coaching and motivating all team members.

– Responsible for the delivery of day-to-day health and safety practises including hygiene standards.

– Understand the sales patterns to plan creative and inspiring activities.

– Responsible for Team Member’s rotas to ensure staffing levels are appropriate.

– Manage ways to continually improve day-to-day performance by being different and standing out from the crowd with outstanding customer service.

– Ensure that the team strive for fast and efficient speed of service

– Work with the team to provide great availability and quality of products throughout the trading day

– Day-to-day supervision of the team to engage with customers to bring a personal approach, to enable all to get involved. This will include relaying the brand story and sampling our classics, amongst other innovative and revolutionary ideas.

– Leading and maintaining the delivery of the “Wheat” promise ‘Welcome’, ‘Help’, ‘Exceed, ‘And’, ‘Thank’

– Innovating and inspiring the team to lead the revolution by sharing knowledge and stories.

– Co-ordination of the ‘Being Here’ absence policy
