Following a recent review of the housing services, an innovative housing, care and support services provider, has a number of exciting vacancies within the department as it equips itself for a number of significant challenges it faces within the next few years, thereby strengthening operations in key areas. All vacancies will operate out of the Group’s Head Office in central Birmingham.

Reporting to the Head of Housing Services, your role will be to develop, champion and manage in conjunction with internal stakeholders a portfolio of social investment projects, to achieve positive social value across our client’s communities and a return on investment for the Group.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate experience in developing and delivering knowledge transfer programmes, effectively consulting with diverse community groups and managing complex multi-stakeholder projects to achieve the required outcomes. The ability to prioritise and act on own initiative to bring about and manage change is essential.
