Care Home Manager (Adults)

Careworkers UK are looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager to work in a residential care home for adults with learning difficulties and mental health issues based in Redhill, Surrey. To be responsible for the day to day management of the Home, ensuring that the home operates according to its registration status and conditions and complies with all legal requirements.

– Must have experience within Learning Disabilities and Mental Health
– Possess previous experience working at Home Manager, Deputy Manager or Unit Manager level with a solid grounding within a Learning Disabilities and Mental Health environment
– NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care preferred
– Car Driver preferred

Shift work
– 9am – 5pm/ 8am to 4pm
– Monday to Friday
– 37.5 hours a week
– Salary: £33,600per annum
