Key Worker-Neets

We are seeking a Key Worker for one of the largest welfare to work providers in the UK. They recently won a new contract helping NEETs aged 15-24 get back into employment, training, and education. Our client is seeking someone who is able to help NEETs and clients with mental health support needs get back into ETE. The role requires someone who is target driven and able to deal with challenging situations.
Duties are:

– Delivering information, advice, and guidance to your caseload around job searching
– Working closely with NEETS, SEND learners, Lone Parents, Young offenders, and providing IAG around employment and signposting them to relevant agencies to ensure they receive the support that they need
– Facilitating one to one key working sessions with your caseload
– There will also be some element of Business Development with the aim of generating work placement opportunities with businesses and local schools/colleges
– Working with external agencies to make referrals
– Mentoring young people who are facing severe persona, social, and economic issues

To apply for this role, you must have experience in the Recruitment, Welfare to work, and Skills Industry. Deal breakers: you must possess an IAG Level 4 qualification, and have an experience of dealing with NEETs, and clients with mental health support needs.
The role itself also requires someone who is willing to travel to their nearby offices to assist departments when needed.
