Qualified Early Years Educator

You will be required to have a duty of care for all children placed in your care, to safeguard and promote the children’s welfare and be expected to work a 40 hour week, on a rota basis, as part of a team to ensure legal and curriculum requirements are met in line with policies and procedures.

Some of the duties include:

Carrying out planning and prioritising all activities and progress in the room
Delivering a high level of quality childcare
Contribute and be involved in the day to day running of the room
Be responsible as key person for a designated number of children
Build effective relationships with parents and children

Excellent communication skills essential together with relevant childcare qualification.
