Job – Customer Service – Call Scheduler – Call Centre
Salary GBP18,000 pro rata
Location – Orpington
My client is coming into their busy time of year and I require people to join a great team, headed up by very experienced managers.
You will be taking calls from customers, scheduling work, liaising with repairs teams, following up to ensure the work has been completed. If there are any other requirements, it is taking responsibility for this and speaking to relevant departments to ensure the work is undertaken.
This is a busy call centre, operating 24/7
The shifts on offer will be:
Monday to Sunday with these shifts in mind
8.30 to 3pm
4pm- 9pm
You will be required to work a 20 hour week, there is also full time hours on offer too. For the needs of the business to be flexible when required.
This will be an initial 3 month fixed term contract. Lots of opportunity to develop and grown.
