As an integral part of the business the IT Solutions Technician is an essential support for internal and external customers. The individual will offer advice, repair and resolution across a variety of technical areas from HTML / web design, cloud and Google applications to software updates, networking and hardware.

This opportunity is ideal for a versatile individual who has a good understanding of systems and software issues and configurations. More importantly someone who can use initiative, logic and technical ability to assist in finding creative solutions to every form of technical challenge both internally and out on client sites.

The successful individual will have a wide range of technical understanding, possibly self-taught or through education, a passion for all things computer and IT focused, will be up to date with the latest innovations and above all be ambitious, creative and confident.
