Digital Media & Marketing Executive

Hales Group Ltd are looking to recruit a Digital Media & Marketing Executive to work in our central management team, to help create and develop the digital strategy across all Company divisions (Recruitment and Home Care). You will use your creative skills to build brand awareness, recruit staff, improve stakeholder relations and act upon data to improve marketing performance.

Working in the central support office based near Newmarket and Ely, the successful candidate will lead on and support all digital projects, including continual improvement of the company websites, social media engagegement and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Strong experience in data analytics would be desirable, as we are always looking at developing our strategies based on real time data. The position would include line management and personal development of our Digital Marketing Assistant.
